Climate Tech Building Systems™  were primarily designed for buildings that require mass repetition of building components across the scope of the project, such as Multi Family Units, Apartment Complexes, Extended Stay and mid rise Hotels, Light Commercial buildings, Track Housing etc.

Climate Tech Building Systems™ has a unique design that allows concrete contractors to utilize the assets they have in their current equipment, such as Foundation Forms to build the perimeter and party walls, Shoring Forms to build the floors, and flat or slightly pitched roofs of the buildings.
